3.1 7-Day Craftsmanship Inspection
We stand behind every stitch. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We offer replacements or store credit for items in their original, unused condition with all tags and heritage packaging intact.
3.2 Hygiene & Condition Standards
To ensure the integrity of our goods for all patrons:
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original box and dust bag, showing no signs of “break-in” or leather stretching.
- Non-Returnable: Personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned unless a structural defect is present.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs for “change of mind” requests are the responsibility of the customer.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds for defective craftsmanship are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after our master artisans in Islamabad inspect the return.
